Night Duty Policy

Every night a crew of firefighters will be designated as the duty crew.  The crew will consist of a minimum of four firefighters, with at least one (1) officer and one (1) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

The duty roster will be updated monthly, and will be posted in the day room and posted on the Fire Company Web Site.

Although the duty crew will be responding to calls during their duty shift, other Fire Company members are also encouraged to attend these calls.

In the event that non-duty firefighters have responded all apparatus per the response board prior to the arrival of the duty crew, the duty crew may respond in Utility 124.

If you are unable to keep your duty night, contact a duty officer.
